Maybe a coincidence but on DaySack of the Day fb page, they posted a picture of a man in civvies on a bus with a military daysack and a bivvy bag yesterday in Southampton. Can't see his face but can see his hat, clothes, and badges on bag. Could be a massive coincidence but thought I'd mention.
thanks - dave is ex army not RAF and Southampton is a bit far in the timescales involved. but thanks for thinking.
